I started this place with one goal—share real Caribbean food the way I grew up eating it. Back home, jerk chicken wasn’t just a meal, it brought people together. We didn’t rush, and every plate told a story. When I came to Chicago, I knew I wanted to bring that same feeling here. We built this spot so families, friends, and visitors could enjoy a meal that feels like home—even if home is miles away.
